Here you can keep track of what your order is doing, this tracking table is updated once a week from the studio, this generally happens on a Wednesday. If there is no change on your order, please be patient and check again in a weeks time, keep in mind that our turn around time is only a estimate and that certain situations can effect the completion date of your order. If you do not see your order here, it may mean that your inclusions have either not arrived into the studio yet or have not made it to the check in process yet.

Please note that we do not inform you if your inclusions have not arrived, this is why we strongly suggest sending your inclusions via registered mail so you can track them.
STATUS MEANINGS:
waiting inclusions = your inclusions have not arrived in the studio
inline for preserve = your items have arrived and will be preserved shortly
preserving = your inclusions are preserving in preparation for crafting (this can take from 4-6 weeks)
working on it = the jeweller has finished crafting your jewellery and the DNA artist is crafting your DNA stone for setting
done = your item has been completed and will be posted on your due date or in the next post-run
posted = the jewellery has been packed and will be leaving the studio in the post truck in the next 24-48 hours
